First: where did you pay?
Search your email for the receipt. Receipt from Apple means you subscribed in the iPhone app, so you cancel on your iPhone. A receipt or invoice from DocuSign means you paid on their website, so you cancel in your DocuSign account.
Cancel DocuSign on iPhone (App Store subscription)
Open Settings and tap your name
It's the first row at the top.
Tap Subscriptions
Find DocuSign in the list of active subscriptions.
Tap Cancel Subscription
Check the renewal date on the screen. Then confirm. The plan won't renew after that date.
Cancel DocuSign on the web
Download what you want to keep
Sign in at docusign.com and download your completed documents first. Don't count on still having access after the plan ends.
Open your plan and billing settings
Look in your account settings for the plan or billing page. Only the account's admin can change the plan on some accounts.
Cancel, or ask DocuSign Support
If you don't see a cancel option, open a support case in the DocuSign Support Center. Ask them to cancel your plan. Keep the confirmation email.
When the cancel takes effect
A DocuSign Community answer from DocuSign staff says a cancellation may take effect at the end of your current billing period, not right away. Your exact terms depend on your plan, so check the confirmation you get.
Canceling stops the next renewal. It doesn't refund what you already paid. For App Store charges you didn't mean to make, you can ask Apple. See asking Apple for a refund.

You don't need a plan to sign what others send
DocuSign charges the person who sends. If someone sends you a DocuSign envelope, you sign it from the email link without a paid plan. So if you only ever sign, canceling costs you nothing there.
What you lose is sending: creating envelopes, reminders and tracking. If you still send contracts to clients, keep a sending tool. If you only signed up to sign one lease or contract yourself, you probably don't need it. Read do I need a DocuSign account to sign.
When someone emails you a plain PDF to sign
That's the case DocuSign doesn't cover without a plan. You can use Apple Markup for free for a simple signature. If you need dates, initials and checkboxes, or a signature that shows up on Windows, eSign PDF signs it on your iPhone and flattens it. You pay once, so there's nothing to cancel later.
If you only sign now and then
DocuSign Personal: $11 a month billed yearly ($132 a year), 5 envelopes a month. By comparison, eSign PDF is $59.99 one-time (US): no renewal, no account, nothing uploaded. It doesn't send documents for other people to sign.
