eSign PDF does not require account creation, email registration, or any personal information to use.

You agree not to:

• • Use the app for any unlawful purpose, including document forgery or fraud
• • Sign documents on behalf of others without proper authorization
• • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app or any part of it
• • Use the app to create misleading, fraudulent, or forged documents

eSign PDF offers optional paid subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase:

• • Weekly: $4.99/week with a 3-day free trial
• • Yearly: $29.99/year with a 3-day free trial
• • Lifetime: $59.99 one-time purchase

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. eSign PDF does not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or billing details.

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change. Any price changes will be reflected in the App Store before your next billing cycle.

Free trials are offered on Weekly and Yearly subscription plans:

• • The trial provides full access to all premium features for 3 days
• • If not canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
• • You can cancel at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• • No cancellation fees, no advance notice required, no questions asked

Refund requests should be directed to Apple, as they process all payments.

eSign PDF provides tools to create and place electronic signatures on PDF documents. Important legal notes:

• • Electronic signatures created with eSign PDF may be considered legally binding under the ESIGN Act (US), eIDAS (EU), and similar laws in other jurisdictions
• • eSign PDF does not provide legal advice and makes no guarantee about the legal validity of any specific signature in any specific jurisdiction or context
• • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of electronic signatures complies with applicable laws and regulations
• • Some documents (wills, certain court documents, certain real estate deeds) may require notarized or wet signatures by law

All content, design, code, and functionality of eSign PDF are the intellectual property of AppToDesign.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the app without written permission. Documents you create or sign using the app remain your property.

eSign PDF is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• • The app will meet your specific requirements
• • The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• • Electronic signatures will be accepted by all parties in all jurisdictions
• • Documents will be rendered identically across all PDF viewers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eSign PDF and AppToDesign shall not be liable for:

• • Loss of documents, signatures, or data
• • Legal consequences arising from the use or non-acceptance of electronic signatures
• • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• • Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months

You may stop using eSign PDF at any time by deleting the app. Cancel any active subscriptions through your App Store settings before deletion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
