1. About OneTask
OneTask is a single-task focus and execution application designed to help users work on one task at a time and finish it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use OneTask. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account & Usage
OneTask does not require account creation. You are responsible for how you use the app and the tasks you enter.
You agree not to:
- • Use the app for unlawful purposes
- • Attempt to disrupt or misuse the app
- • Reverse engineer or abuse the app
4. Subscriptions & Payments
OneTask offers optional paid subscriptions.
- • Payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- • Subscription terms, billing, and cancellations are managed by Apple
- • OneTask does not store payment information
Prices and plans may change with notice.
5. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:
- • It will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled
- • You may cancel through your App Store account settings
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of OneTask is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of OneTask are the property of OneTask.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the app without permission.
8. Availability & Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Disclaimer
OneTask is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, productivity gains, or outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTask shall not be liable for:
- • Lost data
- • Lost productivity
- • Indirect or consequential damages
11. Termination
You may stop using OneTask at any time by deleting the app.
We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
